El evento, realizado en la Costanera Oeste, fue organizado por la Municipalidad de Santa Fe, la Federaci\u00f3n Santafesina de Entidades Mutualistas Brigadier Estanislao L\u00f3pez (FESAEM), la Sociedad Argentina de Cardiolog\u00eda y la Defensor\u00eda del Pueblo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>La organizaci\u00f3n del evento comenz\u00f3 con una reuni\u00f3n preparatoria el 28 de agosto, donde participaron integrantes de FESAEM en la Sala Feruglio de la Defensor\u00eda del Pueblo.
